How we keep this lean

Start with 8 strong shirts. Use one mascot stack template, one clean badge template, and one vintage label template. Keep each design to 2 to 3 colors and a simple cartoon/SVG shape that reads from six feet away.

Mock up these 8 first, test reactions, then print only the winners.

Add-ons later
